What if I don't want to give my credit card information over the Internet?
Thats okay, just choose the "Pay in Store" option and we'll contact you by phone for your payment information.
Why does my receipt say Pence Christmas Tree Farm?
Pence Christmast Tree Farm is the name of our primary business and credit cards are processed through the business acount. We have two websites presently that sell Christmas ornaments and decorations, home accessories and other items.
How will my ornament be packed?
We package ornaments very carefully and have had minimal breakage. Generally they are wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap and packing peanuts are in the box. Packing depends on the fragility, size and number of ornaments being shipped.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated on weight and size of item. Generally items can be shipped USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Larger packages may be shipped UPS. You have the option of choosing carrier and method. We will contact you if the option you chose turns out not to be suitable for the package.
What if my item is damaged when it arrives?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if there is a problem with your order. If an ornament or other item is broken or damaged, we will replace the item if still available. If not, we will prompty issue a refund. We may ask you to return the damaged item and/or to save packaging for UPS or USPS inspection.
What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Contact us before returning an item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
